Agreement

By using anna.gg or the Anna product, you agree to these terms. If you are using Anna for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service. OurPrivacy Policy forms part of this agreement.

Invite-only access

Anna is available by invitation. Access is personal to the account we invited, and we may grant, limit, suspend, or withdraw it at our discretion. Do not share your sign-in credentials or let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Anna writes and sends on your instruction, so the messages that leave are yours. You agree not to use the service to:

• Break the law, including marketing, anti-spam, telemarketing, and data protection laws that apply to you and your recipients.
• Send unsolicited messages where you have no lawful basis or permission to contact the recipient, or ignore opt-out and unsubscribe requests.
• Send deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, or defamatory content, or impersonate another person or organisation.
• Upload content you have no right to use, or contact data you obtained unlawfully.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account.
• Reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or use the service to build a competing product.
• Interfere with the service, overload it, or bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.

We may remove content or suspend access if we believe these rules are being broken.

Review before you send

Anna drafts. You approve. Output is generated by AI models and can be wrong, outdated, or unsuitable for the recipient. You are responsible for reviewing anything before it goes out, and for the consequences of sending it. Anna is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or create in Anna. You grant us the limited licence we need to host, process, and display that content so we can run the service for you and support you when you ask. We do not sell it, and we handle it as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

Anna connects to services you authorise, such as Google sign-in, mailboxes, and advertising or social platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for how they behave, change, or suspend access.

Availability and changes

Anna is under active development and is offered while invite-only. We may add, change, or remove features, and there may be downtime, maintenance, or limits on usage. We may also update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that output will be accurate or produce any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Accomplish Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from the content you upload, the messages you send through Anna, or your breach of these terms or of the law.

Termination

You may stop using Anna at any time and ask us to close your account by writing to[email protected]. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. When access ends, your data is handled as described in thePrivacy Policy, and you can ask us to delete it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — content ownership, warranty disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity — continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Accomplish Labs is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. If you need the specific jurisdiction confirmed in writing before you agree, email[email protected] and we will send it to you. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where the law says they do.
