Who we are

Anna is a software product operated by Accomplish Labs ("we", "us"). The marketing site lives at anna.gg and the product is available by invitation only. If you have a question about anything on this page, write to[email protected].

This policy covers the anna.gg website and the Anna product. It does not cover third-party sites or services you may connect to Anna, which have their own policies.

What we collect

Account information

When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from your Google account — your email address, your name, and your profile picture. We use it to create and identify your account as the operator of a workspace.

Workspace content

Anna works on material you give her. That includes lists, contact records, files, documents, campaign copy, notes, and anything else you upload or type into the product, plus the drafts and messages she produces from it. You choose what goes in.

Usage logs

We keep standard technical records so the service runs and stays secure: IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, pages and features used, and error traces. The marketing site also uses website analytics to count page views and see where traffic comes from.

How we use Google user data

Google sign-in is used for authentication only. The information we receive from Google identifies you when you sign in and tells us which workspace you operate. That is the whole purpose.

• We do not sell data received from Google, or any other data, to anyone.
• We do not use it for advertising, ad targeting, or building ad profiles.
• We do not use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• We do not share it with third parties, except with the infrastructure providers we use to run Anna (described below) and where the law requires it.
• Only staff who need production access to operate or support the service can reach it.

Infrastructure providers

We run Anna on third-party infrastructure — hosting, databases and storage, email delivery, error monitoring, website analytics, and the AI model providers that generate drafts. These providers process data on our behalf, only to provide those services to us, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect the service or its users from abuse.

Cookies

The product sets cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in. The marketing site uses analytics to measure traffic. We do not run advertising cookies or cross-site ad tracking.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account information and workspace content for as long as your account is active, and for as long as we need it to provide the service. Logs are kept for a limited period for security and debugging.

You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by writing to[email protected] from the address on your account. We will delete it, other than anything we are required to keep by law, and confirm when it is done.

You can also revoke Anna's access to your Google account at any time fromyour Google account permissions. Revoking access signs you out; it does not by itself delete workspace content, so email us if you want that removed too.

Security

Traffic to Anna is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. Access to production systems is restricted to the people who need it, and credentials are held in managed secret storage. No service can promise perfect security, and we make no certification claims beyond describing what we actually do. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, write to [email protected].

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request to[email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, local law may give you further rights; we honour those requests where they apply.

Children

Anna is a business tool. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page. For material changes that affect how we handle your data, we will also email account holders.
